Bruce is the Principal of Benchmark Business & Commercial Sales – a national business brokerage in Australia. Bruce Coudrey has been self employed since 1983, when at the age of 22 he bought his first Shell service station. He has owned 6 service stations, 2 carwashes, a car rental franchise, advertising billboards and other businesses. Since 1995 Bruce has been selling businesses in Queensland. Bruce is a Registered Business Valuer, a Certified Practicing Business Broker and a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 5 states. He has been involved in the sale of hundreds of businesses, having recently been involved in his 1100th sale. Bruce has been involved in consulting and appraising all types of businesses. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the REIQ, and the Australian Institute Of Business Brokers - where he sits on both the State and National Executives. Bruce works in all markets across Australia. Bruce was awarded the AIBB President Medal for 2010. He has owned and operated many small businesses from Darwin in the seventies to present day in S.E.Qld. He has owned and operated a large management rights business on the Gold Coast, a financial planning business and two franchised business. In his earlier career Peter has worked in New Zealand, UK, USA and Australia. Peter has University degrees in Accounting, Economics and Investment and financial planning. He holds a Real Estate salespersons license. Peter works with the Network team and specialises in Food and hospitality businesses across the Gold Coast. Away from work Peter enjoys time with his wife Jan and his 2 sons and 2 grandsons in Sydney. |
